Complimentary standard shipping worldwide.

Delivery options

Standard: Free, 5–8 business days after dispatch
Express: $30, 1–3 business days after dispatch

Orders to mainland China and Hong Kong ship by Express at no charge.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Dispatch

In-stock orders are dispatched within 2 business days. Made-to-order pieces are made for you and ship within 10–14 days. The estimated ship date is shown on each made-to-order product page.

When your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number.

Duties and taxes

Duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout, so the total you see is the total you pay. In very rare cases, your local customs office may contact you about additional charges on delivery. If that happens, please email us at info@roviana.house with your order number and we'll help sort it out.

Delays

Delivery times are estimates. Customs checks, weather, carrier issues or peak periods can occasionally add a few days. If your order seems delayed, email us and we'll look into it with the carrier.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you spot a mistake, email us as soon as possible. We can update the address as long as your order hasn't shipped yet.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, or tracking hasn't updated in 7 business days, email us at info@roviana.house with your order number. We'll work with the carrier to resolve it and send a replacement or a refund if your parcel can't be recovered.
